It's Great to be Eight!

First of all....I can't beleive I have an eight year old! Where does the time go?

Zach what can I say? I love you so dearly. You are a unique soul. I think my friend Laurie said it best when she described you as "the most tender hearted child" she had ever met. You don't have a mean bone in your body. You love everyone and are a fantastic friend. I've never met a child who takes awe and pride in his other friends accomplishments the way that you do! Your smile lights up a room and can brighten anyones day. I love that you still like to hold my hand (even when I think that, you think you're to old or it's just not the cool thing to do).You love to laugh and make jokes (even when they are so not funny). You find humour in the little things and your laugh is infectious! I LOVE it!

Zach, you love to learn, and that's a rare quality. Everything facinates you, and I hope and pray that you keep that inqusitiveness through out your life. Draw on that when school becomes a little to hard or when you learn something new, and you don't quite get it.

You are an awesome brother, you take such good care of Casey, and he loves and worships the ground you walk on. He wants to be just like you, do everything that you do and experience the great things that you have experienced. I know that having a brother follow you around and want everything youthat you have, can be hard, trust me I KNOW, but remember he just loves you SOOOOOOOO much.


Your dad and I are so proud of you and can't beleive how fast you are growing up! Know that we love you always, no matter what, and always be yourself, no matter what anyone says. You are perfect just the way you are! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZACH!
