Light Bulb Moments with Beckie

This is a segment I like to call, Light Bulb Moments with Beckie. It's about things that I have come to a realization about. Thankfully these are few and far between but they do occur, in their rareity. Like the time I was in Jr. High and on a family vaacation, and had an epiphany and had to explain to my mother that "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" was a song about LSD, or the time when I had graduated and had a child, and discovered that disease, was spelt DIS-EASE. I may be a stickler for spelling, but that was one word that just kept escaping me. Maybe if I cared enough to acctually look it up, I would have realized it earlier. But I am rambling. Todays "Light Bulb Moment" is brought to you by Duct Tape. This morning as I was searching for tape to tape something, I found a role of Duct Tape. I thought to myself that it was a funny way to spell it, and why they did it that way. Then my little brain turned on and went "OOOOOHHHHH......D-U-C-T is spelled the same as Duct as in the aqua kind and the kind to hide wires and such in buildings. It's used to repair said ducts". I truely stand in awe of my mental prowess.
And this has been Lightbulb Moments with Beckie.

Don't feel bad. I wondered for years who Adam was in the phrase "Up and Adam" until I realized it was "Up and at 'em!"
