Snow-mallow Lollies

Every year I try to make something that the boys can take to school and give to their friends and teachers as a "thank-you" before Winter Break. This year I remembered today....the day before school lets out. Needless to say I had nuthin'. Then I found Snow-mallow lollies!
(These make about 40 lollipops)

3 bags of large marshmallows
3 bags of white chocolate candy melts
40 6 inch sucker sticks
2 bags of mini M&M's
1 bag of licorice (the pull apart kind. It's easier to pull off 2 at a time and use that as the scarves)

1. place 3 marshmallows on the sucker stick, flat side facing out (towards you)
2. melt candy melts and dip marshmallows in. Place on wax paper to dry.
3. While the chocolate is still wet, place M&M's on the marshmallows.
4. When dry, tie the licorice around the snowman.
5. Place in celophane bags or saran wrap and tie off with a ribbon.

Voila!

I think they look like they're wearing stylish giant sunglasses.
